In today’s political climate, it is very nice to see a brand that is giving right back to the community. I love clothes and I love clothes for my kids, but I always wonder how this love can help others (besides giving you inspiration and ideas, of course 😉 ). In comes Livelihood.

Livelihood is a brand that was founded by Ashley Biden, former Vice President, Joe Biden’s daughter. Ashley Biden is currently the executive director for the Delaware Center for Justice (and now a fashion designer!!). She has vowed to help others. This is what she has been doing for the past 15 years as a social worker; and helping others is what she continues to do every single day. All proceeds goes directly to local charitable organizations with the purchase of every hoodie. The hoodies are also ethically made; another reason to feel good about your purchase.

With hoodies back on trend, what is there to lose? You can dress a hoodie up or down. It’s a great snuggle piece (I live in a hoodie at home). These Livelihood hoodies are SO soft and comfortable and the quality is excellent. It is a nice thick material that washes really well.
